For data you do consent to share with us, our promise to you is that it won't be shared with third parties, that it will always stay within the EU, and for the amount of time needed for the data to fulfil its purpose, at which point we will delete it.

Use of the contact form

If you enter data into the contact form and send it, this data will be saved. It will only be retained for as long as needed to inform you or enter or fulfill a contract with you.

Our policy on photos and videos

Some of our course content involves students taking photos or shooting videos. Such content will only be shared within the class, including with teaching personnel. No personally identifiable information such as names will be published.

If the class or specific pupils are not to appear in videos or photos, please notify us when booking the course, or before the course starts.

We may ask you to give us permission to use part of the videos or photos in promotional content. You can decline this without specifying a reason.

In order to protect your privacy, we don't use content delivery networks, social media plugins, or similar technology to operate the website that needs connections to external servers to work. Fonts, images, and everything else is delivered to you from our servers in the European Union.

Logs

In order to ensure the flawless operation of our website, it is technically necessary to keep logs of activity like views of the website. This data makes it possible for us to provide resources according to the needs of our customers. None of this log data contains personally identifiable information.
